Sophi began her career in care in 2016 as a Care Assistant in a residential home. Her dedication, compassion, and natural leadership abilities were quickly recognised, leading to her promotion to Senior Carer. In this role, she worked closely with nurses and management teams, supporting the day-to-day running of care homes and helping to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence.

In 2023, Sophi was promoted to Deputy Manager, further developing her leadership skills and experience within the sector.

With 10 years of experience in health and social care, Sophi has worked across both residential and dementia nursing services, gaining extensive knowledge in supporting older people. Her experience includes caring for residents with complex mental health needs and providing person-centred support in a variety of care settings.

Sophi is passionate about delivering exceptional care and is known for her supportive and approachable nature. She values building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, and maintains an open-door policy to ensure everyone feels listened to and supported.
