Marysia has dedicated her career to the care sector since 1996, bringing nearly three decades of experience in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Throughout her career, she has worked across three nursing homes, developing extensive knowledge and expertise in nursing and dementia care. Her previous roles have included supporting nurses and management teams in the day-to-day running of care homes, helping to ensure the highest standards of care and operational excellence.

Marysia is known for her compassionate, supportive, and approachable nature. She builds strong relationships with both residents and colleagues, taking the time to listen, understand individual needs, and provide guidance wherever needed. Her commitment to putting residents at the heart of everything she does is reflected in the exceptional standards she consistently upholds.

In recognition of her dedication to dementia care, Marysia was selected as one of the final 12 nominees for a National Dementia Award, celebrated in London in June 2026. This achievement highlights her passion for improving the lives of people living with dementia and her commitment to delivering outstanding care.
