Emma has 24 years’ experience in the care sector, starting work as a Care Assistant in a nursing home in 1999. Following this Emma was a home care assistant in the community until 2014. In August 2019 Emma returned working in a care home, beginning her journey at Birkinshaw Manor. Due to Emma’s excellence and capability, she quickly progressed to Senior and then Deputy Manager within Birkinshaw Manor.

Emma is a very caring, committed member of the team who genuinely cares for all her residents. She continues to ensure consistently high standards of care.
