Birkinshaw Manor has full disabled access, with a central lift serving all floors. Throughout the home, residents can enjoy spacious communal lounges, dining areas, and a variety of dedicated activity and social spaces designed to promote comfort, wellbeing, and independence.

Facilities include a Cinema Room, Library, Café, Wellbeing Room, Orangery, Piano Bar with pool table and jukebox, and a range of welcoming social spaces. Residents are also encouraged to make full use of our beautifully maintained enclosed gardens, complete with a potting shed and picnic tables.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, enabling residents to stay connected with family and friends, access online entertainment, and pursue personal interests. A number of comfortable private and communal spaces are available for residents and their loved ones to spend quality time together and create special memories. When visiting in person is not possible, residents can use a variety of digital communication methods to keep in touch with those who matter most.
