Joanne is our home manager. Joanne’s passion for care began in 1992 when she started work as a care assistant in a nursing home.

In 2000 whilst working for a large organization, Joanne assisted in setting up a home and was soon promoted to senior carer after a few months.

In 2004 Joanne was promoted to Deputy Manager.

In 2005 Joanne was transferred to the company’s sister home where she gladly accepted a further promotion, as acting manager.

Today, Joanne has 18 years of experience acting as home manager. She has worked in residential services and dementia nursing homes where she has gained vast knowledge in caring for the elderly. Joanne’s experience extents to residential settings and nursing homes, and includes dealing with residents who have complex mental health needs.

Joanne is very passionate when it comes to her role and is known for being very supportive with residents, family and staff. Joanne is approachable and ensures the prides herself on ensuring the highest stands of care are always given.
